Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse case load, including civil litigation, class action, and transactional law cases.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitration, and mediation sessions.
• Conduct thorough and detailed legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel, maintaining high standards of professionalism at all times.
• Proactively identify legal risks and devise strategies to mitigate those risks.
• Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies, share insights, and ensure all work is completed to the highest standard.
• Stay updated on current laws and regulations within your area of specialization, ensuring legal advice provided is accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with at least 5 years of experience in civil litigation, class action, and transactional law.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume case load effectively and efficiently.
• Exceptional research, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong commitment to ethics and professional integrity.
• Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven track record of achieving positive legal outcomes for clients.
