We are seeking compassionate and skilled LCSWs, LSWs, LPCs, or LACs licensed in the State of New Jersey to provide mental health services to children and adolescents ages 8 to 18 years of age. This position is for a dedicated therapist to see children and teens. The position offers a flexible schedule designed to accommodate your availability and meet client needs. Therapists are expected to see 25 clients per week through a combination of in-person and virtual sessions, tailored to the preferences and requirements of each client.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual therapy to patients aged 8 to 18.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on each clients needs.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation following ethical and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Licensure in the State of New Jersey (LCSW, LPC, LSW, or LAC).
• Experience working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic setting for 1-2 years.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices for treating youth mental health challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability for a flexible schedule to accommodate client sessions.
