As Coordinator I, you play a critical role in the organization and management of the volunteer office. In this role, you will assist with various tasks, such as preparing reports, suggesting team development initiatives, managing schedules, cover transport and volunteer dispatch. Your work directly enhances workflow and efficiency, allowing you to positively influence the delivery and quality of patient care. This is a PRN position, with caregivers working rotating shifts varying from 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. A caregiver who excels in this role will: Coordinate department and administrative activities. Develop department resource databases to facilitate management of various project activities. Cover transport and volunteer dispatch. Coordinate and manage department scheduling of individuals and resources. Ensure that administrative support is provided as needed. Participate on project teams and build competency around specific department tools and methods for organizational performance improvement. Maintain data, develop databases and complete analysis. Provide reports and prepare charts, presentations or summary data. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: High School Diploma or GED Two years of experience or Bachelor's Degree Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: Experience coordinating multiple functions, managing data and leading mid-size projects Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities. Personal Protective Equipment: Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required. Pay Range Minimum hourly: $15.75 Maximum hourly: $21.65 The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. While the pay range is displayed as an hourly rate, Cleveland Clinic recruiters will clarify whether the compensation is hourly or salary. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set, and education.
