Role Overview

The Corporate Counsel will support Strategic Transactions, T-Mobile Advertising Solutions, and Business Communications teams. Responsibilities include analyzing and negotiating agreements, collaborating with business clients, and providing practical legal advice. Flexibility is essential, as projects may involve new business models and diverse legal areas. Experience in Ad Tech is a plus but not required.

What You'll Do

1. Engage with outside counsel
2. Work with internal clients on agreements and letters of intent
3. Drive legal frameworks, policies, and training
4. Advise business clients on complex issues
5. Support senior attorneys with research and analysis

Qualifications

1. Minimum 2 years, preferably 5+ years as a business attorney with in-house or top law firm experience
2. JD from an accredited university with excellent academic credentials
3. Ability to lead projects independently
4. Experience with legal research and mentoring
5. Strong communication, analytical, and judgment skills
6. Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment
7. Team player with strong prioritization skills

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range: $123,200 - $222,200. Corporate bonus target: 15%. Actual pay depends on location, experience, and qualifications.
