Your duties will be to review loan applications, explain options to borrowers, and work independantly. We give you every single the tool you need and tons of marketing support to grow your pipeline with expert guidance.
This is a full-time remote role. The Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating, authorizing, and recommending approval of real estate, loans. Responsibilities: calling and receiving calls with applicants to identify their needs, collecting documentation, and reviewing qualifications. The Loan Officer will also maintain excellent customer service relationships by walking buyers through the application process and answering related questions.
We’re looking for someone entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and responsible with a valid NMLS license.
Qualifications:
Candidates should have experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer and in loan origination with 4 or more mortgage originated within the last 12 months. Strong customer service skills are needed, as well as good communication and sales abilities. The ideal candidate can work independently and remotely, with functioning electronic hardware that satisfies the minimum technical requirements.
