Director, Client Security Inquiry & Assurance Join to apply for the Director, Client Security Inquiry & Assurance role at KPMG US Role Overview As the Director, Client Security Inquiry & Assurance , you will lead responses to client security inquiries, collaborate with internal teams to incorporate innovative solutions like AI, and ensure the security assessment process aligns with industry standards. Responsibilities Lead the function of responding to clients' security inquiries. Meet with clients to address their security questions and negotiate controls for gaps. Drive process improvements and incorporate new technologies, including AI. Partner with internal teams to incorporate trends into product roadmaps and raise awareness of client security requirements. Review and respond to client security questionnaires and assessments. Maintain a knowledge base of common client questions. Qualifications Minimum of ten years in IT security compliance, risk management, or related fields within a large organization. Bachelor's degree preferred. Deep understanding of cloud architecture, modern software development, and security controls; Azure experience preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills; ability to work globally. Proven experience in client-facing roles handling security inquiries and negotiations. Knowledge of industry standards like COBIT, NIST, ISO; certifications such as CISM, CISA preferred. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
