Salesforce, a global leader in CRM and recognized as a top workplace, is seeking a driven eDiscovery Analyst to join our dynamic Legal and Corporate Affairs (LCA) Operations team. The LCA Ops team supports all legal practices in digital transformation, knowledge management, and delivering best-in-class eDiscovery services. This hybrid role works out of the Atlanta office. Responsibilities include acting as the primary project manager for all eDiscovery matters, administering the entire Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) lifecycle, serving as the central point of contact with internal and external partners, ensuring clear communication and seamless delivery of eDiscovery services, maintaining detailed documentation and processing of legal requests, leveraging innovative technology to support data and device collections, processing, and analysis, and maintaining accuracy and efficiency throughout the eDiscovery process. Required skills include 3-5 years of hands-on experience in eDiscovery with strong understanding of the EDRM lifecycle, industry-specific certifications preferred, ability to manage complex eDiscovery projects, proficiency with Relativity and other eDiscovery and forensic software, knowledge of data collection and chain of custody methodologies, familiarity with system administration on various operating systems, excellent communication and collaboration skills, strong organizational and documentation skills, ability to track metrics and provide reports, ability to coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities, basic understanding of legal concepts related to eDiscovery, knowledge of data privacy regulations, and preferably previous experience in a corporate legal department, law firm, or eDiscovery vendor environment. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
