About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Cybersecurity Analyst or Associate to join our security operations team. At Entry or Junior level , we are expecting someone who is passionate about cybersecurity, eager to learn, and ready to grow in a fast-paced operational environment. As a Junior Cybersecurity Analyst or Associate, you will be part of our Cyber Fusion Center that is responsible for monitoring, triaging, and escalating security alerts. You’ll work alongside experienced analysts to develop your investigation skills, understand real-world threats, and contribute to the organisation's cyber defense. Work location: It will be at Kallang and/or Shenton area, rotational, and as per shift and supervisor's arrangements. What you'll do: Monitor security events and alerts from SIEM, EDR, and other security platforms. Perform initial triage and investigation of suspicious activities across networks, endpoints, and cloud environments. Escalate validated incidents to senior analysts for deeper investigation. Document incident details and investigation steps in case management systems for incident reporting. Maintain accurate logs and alert configurations. Participate in 8-hour or 12-hour shift rotation model after the initial office working hours On-Job-Training(OJT) model. Collaborate with team members on detection improvements and playbook development. Stay updated with common attack vectors, vulnerabilities, and industry trends. Participate in ongoing training and certifications to strengthen technical capabilities. About You NITEC/ITE Diploma qualification & above in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science and related disciplines. 0 to 3 years of experience. Awareness of cybersecurity concepts, network protocols, security alerts, and cyber threat landscapes. Can follow structured workflows and escalate appropriately. #J-18808-Ljbffr ABPGROUP PTE. LTD.
