You will collaborate with key stakeholders in the revenue cycle, finance, and IT teams to ensure Epic solutions meet the agency’s needs and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will support streamlined billing processes, accurate claim submission, and improved financial performance. What you will do: Analyze existing billing and claims workflows and configure Epic PB and Claims modules to support end-to-end revenue cycle functions. Design, build, test, and implement new features, enhancements, and fixes within Epic PB and Claims applications. Provide daily system support and issue resolution related to charge capture, claim edits, remittance processing, and denials. Participate in Epic version upgrades, regression testing, and change control processes to ensure system reliability.
