We are seeking a Finance Administrator to oversee all financial systems and operations. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role manages accounting functions, prepares budgets, ensures compliance with government regulations, and supports the office as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the accounting system in compliance with HUD, GAAP, and government standards

• Supervise the Finance Division in coordination with the Executive Director

• Prepare annual budgets and cash flow analyses; monitor and report regularly

• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and monthly bank reconciliations

• Prepare monthly financial statements and present them at board meetings

• Monitor grants, contracts, and compliance with financial regulations

• Assist in budget development for investments and grant proposals

• Meet monthly with leadership to review financial performance

• Maintain financial records, policies, and internal controls

• Manage insurance policies and reporting under the Executive Director

• Provide general office support, including answering phones and assisting clients

Qualifications:

• Experience in accounting and strong knowledge of GAAP

• Understanding of HUD and government financial regulations

• Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with accuracy and care

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Education in accounting, business, or a related field
