Internship Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and curious engineering student to join our Engineering team as a Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

Under the guidance of experienced engineers, you will:

Assist in providing daily technical support to production teams, including gathering data, observing

Help develop or update standard work instructions (SWIs), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and

other production documentation.

Support process improvement initiatives by collecting time studies, conducting observations, and

compiling data for analysis.

Participate in quality control efforts, including inspections and documentation updates.

Use CAD software to assist with updating technical drawings or creating simple layouts under

supervision.

Assist with test setups, prototype evaluations, and basic data analysis to support product and process

development efforts.

Learn how to investigate manufacturing issues, identify root causes, and contribute to team-based

corrective actions.

Shadow production and quality personnel to gain an understanding of manufacturing operations.

Attend team meetings and contribute to intern presentations or reports at the end of the internship.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a

related technical field.

Completion of at least sophomore year by Summer 2025.

Strong interest in manufacturing, production processes, and problem-solving.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).

Exposure to CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn in a hands-on environment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

MUST be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred (but not required):

Prior internship, co-op, or project experience related to manufacturing or engineering.

Familiarity with Lean manufacturing concepts or quality systems.

Ability to read basic technical drawings or schematics.

What We Offer:

A paid, full-time summer internship (typically 10–12 weeks) with hands-on learning opportunities.

Mentorship from experienced engineering professionals.

Exposure to real projects and production environments.

A collaborative and welcoming company culture that values innovation and growth.

Potential for future full-time opportunities based on performance and company needs.

To Apply:

Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining your interest in the internship and relevant
