At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As an Operations Group Team Chief, you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on a Project/Task Sr Manager joining our team to fulfill the following responsibilities:
Responsible for the performance of work within the Operations Group (Ops Grp) by assigned contracted personnel. Add relevant responsibilities and describe impact.
Coordinate with the OPS Group Commander, leadership, and Contracted Program Manager to ensure tasks, deliverables, and products are completed to standard and submitted on time.
Serve as the on-site GDIT site lead responsible for coordinating and executing administrative requirements for all GDIT employees supporting the MCTP Program.
**What You’ll Need to Succeed:**
Education: bachelor’s degree (required); master’s degree (preferred)
Required Experience: minimum of 15 years supervisory experience; at least 10 years’ experience with military training and training management.
Required Technical Skills: CGSC/ILE or equivalent military schooling (MEL 4). Highly desirable: War College (MEL 1) graduate or equivalent; Former field grade officer. Highly desirable: retired colonel (O-6) or above.
Security Clearance Level: Top-Secret SCI
Required Skills and Abilities: served in key developmental positions at brigade/battalion level; desirable: experience at Division/Corps level staff; current on all Army and Joint regulations and doctrine.
Preferred Skills: understanding of Army’s Mission Command Training Program (MCTP)

The salary range for this position is approximately $110,614 - $138,000, based on experience, location, and contractual factors.
