About Us:
Johns Creek Dermatology and Springs Dermatology MD are patient-focused, collaborative medical practices that provide high-quality care. We are expanding our outreach and looking for a motivated Physician Liaison to build strong relationships with referring physicians, specialists, and healthcare facilities.
Position Summary:
The Physician Liaison will serve as the primary representative of our practice to the broader medical community. This person will focus on developing and maintaining referral relationships, increasing brand awareness, and promoting our services to ensure long-term growth and improved patient access.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and nurture relationships with local physicians, medical groups, hospitals, and referral coordinators
• Schedule and attend regular face-to-face meetings or calls with referring practices
• Educate external providers about our services, specialties, and referral process
• Track outreach activities and maintain a referral database
• Identify growth opportunities and provide feedback to internal leadership
• Represent the practice at medical events, community functions, and networking opportunities
• Monitor and report on referral trends and develop action plans for outreach
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in healthcare marketing, business development, sales, or provider relations preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Self-starter with a professional, confident demeanor
• Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare systems is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for local travel
