What We are Looking for:

• 2 to 4 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage or nightclub venues
• Ability to train their team, direct, and delegate work assignments
• Experienced in basic administrative, business, and cash handling procedures
• Willingness to work on-typical hours, including evenings into the early mornings, and weekends

What You will do:  

• Maintains patron satisfaction and builds relationships with preferred customers
• Recruiting, selecting, training, and scheduling of hourly staff
• Clearly communicates job expectations while enforcing policies and procedures
• Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy facility environment
