The candidate must have a furnished, secure home office with reliable internet, and company will provide a laptop. Home office expenses are the responsibility of the employee. Security Training & Integration Analysts must: Provide instructor-led and virtual training to new TSOs at the TSA academy. Facilitate in virtual teaching environments. Coordinate logistics for training events, including scheduling, reserving classrooms, and travel arrangements. Update course documentation regularly to ensure relevance. Review and give feedback on training materials. Apply expertise to solve complex problems. Follow directions from project managers. Maintain high motivation and reliable performance. Complete all required training courses. Participate in special projects. Ensure physical and intellectual asset security. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Systems, Education, or related; 8 years of experience can substitute. Qualifications: Minimum of 6 years in security training design, development, or delivery. Master’s degree can substitute for 2 years of experience. Requirements: Proficiency in technology/equipment training, policies, procedures, OEM training. Strong critical thinking, conflict resolution, leadership, teambuilding, and presentation skills. Special Requirements: Contingent upon award of new task order and TSA SSI suitability. Must cooperate with security vetting procedures. Obtain and maintain TSA SSI suitability. Comply with TSA policies and complete TSA certification to teach. TSA experience preferred but not required. The salary range is $57,375 - $77,625, based on experience and location. This is not guaranteed but indicative.
