Job Title: Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Job Summary

We seek a skilled and experienced Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our Phoenix-based team. If you're passionate about solving complex HVAC issues, delivering top-tier service, and mentoring others, this is your role. You'll work hands-on with various commercial and industrial HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance while supporting clients and junior technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including RTUs, chillers, boilers, air handlers, and cooling towers.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure energy-efficient, reliable system performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical components such as compressors, motors, wiring, sensors, and controls.
• Communicate technical findings and recommendations to clients in a professional and customer-friendly manner.
• Complete work orders, service reports, and documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
• Mentor and guide junior technicians, offering support and on-the-job training to help build team expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in commercial/industrial HVAC service and repair.
• Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Prior experience with large-scale systems (e.g., chillers, boilers, multi-zone systems) is highly preferred.

Work Environment

• Based in Phoenix, AZ, with travel to commercial and industrial client sites throughout the region.
• Work performed in both indoor and outdoor environments under varying weather conditions.
