We would count on you to support our team with:

  • Empowering employee growth and development. Manage our career and performance programs in partnership with leaders and employees to identify, measure, and set attainable goals that result in advancement.
  • Lead training and learning initiatives. Develop, manage, and at times facilitate. Ensure there is a clear objective, appropriate intervention, and measuring the impact on our company, managers, and employees.
  • Future-focused talent management. Build out future state infrastructure and processes that help identify and manage talent, facilitate internal career mobility, and develop leadership capacity throughout the organization.
  • Coaching. Provide management and employees with tools, guidelines, and follow up approaches to give and receive feedback, as well as supporting different mediums to execute.
  • Continuously improve the way we develop, engage, and retain our employees. Research and provide new ideas to support emerging trends. Build community with practitioners inside and outside the industry to stay engaged with strategies to support this initiative. 
  • Being a team player. Manage, implement, and assist with other HR-related projects and programs. Positive team collaboration and communication with internal and external partners to safeguard project success.

What Experience You Bring

  • Minimum of 5 years of human resources, organizational development, training, or talent management experience.
  • Proficiency with HR management tools/software: learning management system, Microsoft suite, presentation software.
  • (Professionally) talk the talk. Lead by example with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Business smarts. Ability to understand company strategy and how to take action.
  • Flexibility. Thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Diverse, yet balanced, thinking abilities: creative, conceptual, and analytical. You can evaluate the ‘big’ picture while remembering the details. 
  • A true go-getter. You have tenacity to accomplish tasks, follow-through, and meet deadlines.
  • Organization. Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced work environment.
