The Dallas Bulls are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Coordinator to manage all aspects of team travel logistics. This role is essential to ensure seamless, efficient, and cost-effective travel arrangements for players, coaches, and staff throughout the season and off-season activities.
Plan, book, and coordinate all travel logistics including flights, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, and meal arrangements for players, coaches, and staff.
Manage travel itineraries and ensure timely communication of schedules to all travelers.
Coordinate travel for home and away games, training camps, and team events.
Work closely with travel vendors, airlines, hotels, and transportation companies to negotiate rates and ensure quality service.
Monitor travel budgets and track expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
Assist with visa and travel documentation as needed for international trips.
Respond promptly to travel-related inquiries and troubleshoot any issues or disruptions during travel.
Maintain accurate records of travel arrangements and expenditures.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
2+ years experience in travel coordination, preferably in sports, corporate, or event travel.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in travel booking software, Microsoft Office, and itinerary management tools.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes.
Experience working with professional sports teams or similar high-pressure travel environments.
Negotiation skills and vendor relationship management.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver.
