Join Our National Network as a Per Diem Urgent Care Clinician (PA/NP). Are you ready to advance your career in a dynamic, supportive, and innovative healthcare environment? Start as a per diem clinician and discover endless opportunities to grow with us. Whether you’re seeking flexibility now or envisioning a pathway to a rewarding part-time or full-time role, we offer the tools and support to help you succeed. At Carbon Health, we are transforming healthcare by combining exceptional care, advanced technology, and a supportive culture to create the best experience for both patients and clinicians. Our mission is to make high-quality healthcare accessible to everyone. We’ve built a thriving national network of urgent care clinics and a collaborative culture that fosters innovation, compassion, and excellence. Clinicians work together to redefine healthcare standards, ensuring patients receive the best care possible. A key element of our innovation is CarbyOS, our proprietary electronic health record (EHR) system, designed to reduce administrative burden and empower providers to focus on patient care. AI tools like our hands-free note-writer are embedded throughout CarbyOS, making it advanced and user-friendly. As an essential member of our clinical team, you’ll provide exceptional, patient-centered care while being part of a high-performing team committed to excellence. Responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for urgent care conditions; ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests; performing urgent care procedures such as wound closures, I&Ds, and splint applications; collaborating with peers and specialists; and managing patient flow efficiently. Starting as a per diem clinician offers flexibility, a 401(k) match, weekend and holiday differentials, a vibrant culture, and a path to growth into part-time or full-time roles with additional benefits and earning potential. Qualifications include a valid state license and national certification for Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners, valid unrestricted medical and DEA licenses, ability to treat patients of all ages, and DOT Certification (to be obtained prior to start). Carbon Health covers the course and exam fees for DOT Certification. The company offers a supportive environment, cutting-edge technology, and a dynamic community dedicated to making a difference.
