Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mixed drinks, and specialty drinks.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in proper condition.
Deliver excellent customer service by creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests.
Manage stock levels, take inventory, and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies, including responsible alcohol service and compliance with local laws.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with the waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
Previous experience as a bartender is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for passionate candidates.
Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques , including cocktail mixing and drink presentation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills , with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment , especially during peak hours.
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality beverages .
Ability to stand for extended periods and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
