*What You’ll Do: *
* Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist to help residents regain independence in daily activities.
* Guide residents through therapeutic exercises and activities to improve strength, coordination, and functional skills.
* Observe and report residents’ progress and responses to therapy, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
* Collaborate with the care team to support personalized, goal-oriented rehabilitation for each resident.

*What You’ll Need: *
* Valid OTA License in the state of Colorado.
* Experience working in a long-term care setting is preferred, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
