Distributor Compensation Analyst will be responsible for paying commissions and bonuses timely and accurately on business produced through all distribution channels for Life and Retirement. The Distributor Compensation Analyst needs to communicate effectively with Agents, Regional Vice Presidents, Senior Management and Administrative Staff.
