About the Role:

The Plastic Surgery - Entrepreneurial Opportunity position is designed for innovative medical professionals who are eager to blend clinical expertise with entrepreneurial spirit. The primary goal of this role is to develop and implement new healthcare solutions that enhance patient care in Plastic Surgery practice settings. Candidates will have the opportunity to establish a physician group and lead initiatives that improve operational efficiency, patient outcomes, and overall service delivery in Plastic Surgery with the services of MedCBO to help facilitate both the startup and ongoing business aspects of your practice.

This position not only focuses on patient care but also emphasizes the importance of strategic planning and business development within the healthcare sector as MedCBO works with you to build your practice. Ultimately, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Plastic Surgery through innovative practices and solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Plastic Surgery.
  • Valid medical license to practice in the relevant state or region.
  • Demonstrated experience in Plastic Surgery practice medical care.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare entrepreneurship or business development.
  • Fellowship training in a subspecialty of Plastic Surgery.
  • Previous leadership roles in clinical settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a new physician practice with the guidance and services of MedCBO.
  • Provide high-quality Plastic Surgery medical care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Plastic Surgery sector.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement innovative practices that improve patient care.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends and needs in Plastic Surgery practice healthcare services.
  • Engage with stakeholders to promote new initiatives and secure necessary resources.
