Summary :

Skagit Regional Health is actively seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to help expand our current team of two physicians due to rapid growth and increased demand.   • Thrive in a collaborative environment alongside two (2) experienced physicians. Clinical support staff consists of MAs and RNs.

  • This is a full time position with a 36-hour patient contact hour work expectation.
  • This position will be responsible for clinical management of follow up and post hospitalization patients, patient education, and responding to patient questions on a variety of medical issues.
  • Skagit Regional Health offers a 12 week mentorship program for new grad APPs or those new to the specialty to ensure smooth transition and successful start to practice!
  • This is a hospital-employed position with support from our in-house primary and specialty care referral base.
  • Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization with newly implemented ambient AI technology (Ambient) available!

 

Qualifications :

  • Masters degree or higher in nursing or physician assistant studies from an accredited program.
  • 2-4 years of practice experience is required. Nephrology experience highly preferred.
  • Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license before start.
  • The ideal candidate will place a priority on improving lives through compassionate and innovative healthcare and focus on building lasting relationships with their patients as well as strong ties within the community.

 

Compensation and Benefits :

  • Base Salary range: $127,454 - $134,649 DOE with productivity incentives.
